- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses and services offered by Acharya Infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in our courses or accessing our services, you agree to these terms. - Course Enrollment & Fees
- Course fees, payment terms, deadlines, and applicable taxes are listed on the course page.
- Fees must be paid before the commencement of the batch.
- We offer refunds or deferments only as stated under our Refund Policy.
- Course Delivery
- Training is provided in offline classes at our Karauli location.
- We reserve the right to modify batch timings, content, or faculty, with prior notice.
- Student Responsibilities
- Students must attend classes as per schedule and follow institute rules.
- No video recording or sharing of course material without permission is allowed.
- Certificate & Internship
- Certificates are issued upon successful course completion.
- Internships are subject to performance and available seats.
- Refund & Cancellation
- Withdrawals made up to 7 days before batch start receive a 50% refund.
- After commencement, no refunds will be issued.
- We may cancel or reschedule the batch due to insufficient enrollment and will process a full refund.
- Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including slides, Notes, and exercises, are our intellectual property.
- Sharing these materials without authorization is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using our courses.
- Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karauli.
